Our experienced and talented pre-press team employs the very latest in ESKO artwork production software and custom automated workflows to produce the most accurate and attractive reproduction and color-managed proofs of your design concepts… fast. From there, our cutting-edge Crystal laser plate engraving and plate-processing automation supports consistent and stunning HD Flexo print results.
In digital, our highly-automated front-end supports rapid movement of your art files from submission to proofing to printing.

HD Flexo
We provide vibrant and consistent HD Flexo printing on our 6 flexographic water-based printing presses. We print on a wide variety of paper and film substrates. Our presses and in-house mixed inks, are precisely calibrated and controlled to match industry-standard, color-managed proofs we provide to customers. Our significant flexo capacity ensures that all jobs run through quicky.
Digital
Our state-of-the-art digital print operation is driven by our 1200 dpi inkjet press. This technology provides brilliant graphics on virtually any label substrate without priming. Our digital provides an ideal solution for small- to medium-run products, variable information, promotional items and high-end graphics. No plate charges, minimal tooling cost and an automated pre-press workflow.

Flexographic Printing
Our two 9-color mid-web flexo printing presses provide vibrant and consistent HD Flexo printing. We use food-safe and environmentally friendly water-based inks and can print on a wide variety of paper and film substrates. Our presses and in-house mixed inks are precisely calibrated and controlled to match industry-standard, color-managed proofs we provide to customers. With automatic registration control and spectrophotometric monitoring, we deliver consistency throughout our printing runs.
Food-Safe Lamination
Our state-of-the-art coater/laminator provides flexibility to work with many materials and offers custom engineered solutions for your flexible packaging needs. We exclusively utilize water-based, food-grade, and environmentally friendly lamination adhesives.
Cold Seal
We provide an in-register, food-grade cold seal adhesive pattern applied to the inside later of printed film. The cold seal is often a good solution for wrapping heat-sensitive bars or chocolates, and/or for high-speed wrapping applications.
Pouching
We provide custom-print and custom-sized pouches, from flat single-use 2- or 3-side sealed, to stand-up, zippered pouches. Minimums are typically 5M per SKU. We can also produce other formed packaging… ask us about it!
Materials
We use a variety of films, paper, and custom laminations to engineer products based on your specific needs. Typical constructions are OPP, PET, PE, paper, and paper-faced laminations. We can include metallization, foil layer, EZ Tear, barrier coatings, and enhanced sealants. Surfaces finish in gloss, matte and soft-touch.
